We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join an apartment community in Jefferson City, TN. If you’re organized, great with people, and ready to grow your career in property management, this could be a great opportunity!
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the daily operations of the apartment community
- Support leasing, renewals, and resident relations
- Answer phones, respond to resident questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with rent collection and maintaining accurate resident records
- Help coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders
- Assist the Property Manager with reports, inspections, and administrative tasks
- Help maintain a positive, welcoming community environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and property management software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
