Apartment Leasing Consultant – Woodburn, OR

Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Woodburn, OR.

Pay: $23–$25/hour DOE
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective and current residents
• Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Process applications and leasing paperwork
• Follow up with prospective residents and leasing leads
• Assist residents with questions and service requests
• Maintain organized resident and property records
• Provide professional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable using computers and property management software
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday
