Leasing Agent – West Linn, OR
Career Strategies is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team in West Linn, OR!
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Leasing Agent who has previous apartment leasing experience and is comfortable working with Knock leasing software.
Position Details
- Location: West Linn, OR
- Position: Leasing Agent
- Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Pay: Up to $25/hour, depending on experience
- Type: Temporary/Contract
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents
- Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments
- Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents
- Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect information
- Use Knock software for leasing and prospect management
- Assist with resident questions and provide excellent customer service
- Support the property team with day-to-day leasing activities
Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing or property management experience required
- Experience using Knock software strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
