Career Strategies is hiring a Bilingual(English/Spanish) Leasing Consultants in San Ysidro, Ca who are ready to step into steady traffic, engaged prospects, and real potential to grow.

What You’ll Do
- Create strong first impressions that build trust
- Conduct engaging tours that help prospects envision themselves at home
- Follow up consistently and intentionally
- Turn tours into applications
- Prepare applications and lease agreements accurately
- Support smooth move-ins and contribute to occupancy goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous apartment leasing experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Confidence guiding prospects toward the next step
- Familiarity with leasing/property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or similar)
- Weekend availability
