Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Career Strategies is seeking a reliable Apartment Groundskeeper to join a busy apartment community in Louisville, KY. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining a clean property, and are looking for a full-time opportunity with weekly pay, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Clean breezeways, sidewalks, parking areas, and common spaces
• Assist with apartment trash-outs and turnover preparation
• Perform light landscaping and general groundskeeping duties
• Support the maintenance team with property upkeep as needed
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and follow directions
