Responsibilities:
- Engage Enthusiastically: Actively engage with prospects and showcase the amazing amenities our properties offer.
- Detail-Oriented: Take detailed notes and understand prospects' needs and desires for their future home.
- Communicate Effectively: Keep the Property Manager updated with progress and tasks to be completed.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of daily special offers and communicate these exciting deals to prospects.
- Local Expert: Research the surrounding area to highlight the benefits of living in these fantastic neighborhoods.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service is a MUST.
- People Person: Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases with ease.
- Skilled Negotiator: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals.
- Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual - Spanish
