What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle day-to-day maintenance issues across the apartment complex: plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, drywall, and more
- Complete work orders and assist with unit turnovers (getting apartments move-in ready)
- Troubleshoot and resolve repair issues quickly and efficiently
- Ensure the property stays clean, safe, and resident-ready
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential maintenance, preferably in apartments, hotels, or private homes.
- Possession of personal hand tools and a drill, to be brought to the site daily for use.
- Reliable transportation and a collaborative team mentality are essential.
- Ability to handle physical workloads and adapt to various maintenance tasks.
- Experience or Certification for HVAC repair and maintenance.
