What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and engage prospective residents, delivering a personalized leasing experience
- Conduct community tours and effectively showcase apartment homes and amenities
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to convert leads into leases
- Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and future residents
- Support overall community success through professionalism, energy, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles
- Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software (experience is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Confident in negotiating lease terms while maintaining compliance and professionalism
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in contracts and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Knowledge of property maintenance or facilities management is a plus
- A positive, outgoing attitude with a natural ability to connect with people
