Multi-Family Leasing Consultant and Occupancy Specialist

We are seeking skilled and experienced Leasing consultants and Occupancy Specialist for upcoming opportunities near Washington, DC area. Our clients are looking for employees who have a great personality to process recertifications, make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home.

We offer part-time and full-time schedules scattered schedules and single-day pick-ups!

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant), your primary responsibilities include:

• Reviewing household certifications for all affordable applicants to ensure they're compliant.
• Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week
