Luxury Residential Concierge

We are seeking a polished, personable, and service-oriented Concierge to join the team at a premier luxury residential community in Washington, DC. The Concierge will serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors while delivering an exceptional level of hospitality and personalized service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a high-end residential environment. This position requires open availability for weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts, as the community operates around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to residents and guests.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence at the front desk and/or lobby.
• Assist residents with requests, inquiries, reservations, deliveries, transportation, and other concierge services.
• Monitor and manage guest access in accordance with community policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with building management, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless resident service.
• Receive and appropriately handle packages, deliveries, and resident items.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and shift handoffs.
• Respond calmly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling resident information.
• Help maintain a polished, clean, and welcoming lobby and front-of-house environment.
• Follow all community safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service while anticipating resident needs whenever possible.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, residential concierge services, hotels, property management, customer service, or a similar environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable interacting with residents, guests, vendors, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management and communication systems.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

Schedule & Availability

Candidates must have availability to work a combination of:

• Weekday shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Overnight shifts

Because this is a 24/7 luxury residential community, scheduling flexibility and reliable attendance are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working varying shifts based on the needs of the community.
