The Network Systems Administrator is responsible for the management and support of the company's physical and virtual server and storage infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and disaster recovery processes. The candidate will be responsible for system design, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting across the enterprise. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and support groups to resolve issues and maintain system stability. The ideal candidate will also develop documentation, support 24/7 operations, and contribute to infrastructure planning and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, maintain, and monitor physical and virtual servers.
- Administer operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze server resource utilization to ensure optimum server/storage performance.
- Troubleshoot complex OS, virtualization, storage, and application issues to resolution.
- Assist in maintaining backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manager software releases, including distribution, installation, and deletion.
- Maintain system documentation and configuration baselines.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Work with IT Director for guidance on global information security.
- Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and business units on infrastructure needs.
- Respond to outages and participate in on-call support as required.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
