Casual Doctors Urgent Care Registered Nurse

Shift: 12 hour shifts; 7:45am-8:15pm everyday of the week including holidays.

Status: As Needed

Weekends: Yes; As Needed

Holidays: Yes; As Needed

Experience/Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing /College of Nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.

• ACLS & PALS certification desirable.
• BLS certification, required within 90 days of accepting position.
• Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Outpatient experience helpful.
• 2 years of hospital nursing experience required.
• Prior experience with electronic health record.

• Demonstrates effective problem solving and critical thinking skills in role.

Skill/Ability:

• Ability to work independently and as a team player, to exercise good judgment and successfully multitask.
• Must possess the clinical skills to perform the assessment and delivery of care for patients of all ages.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize care.
• Occasionally lifts and carries weights up to 50lbs.
• Ability to think critically including interpretation, analysis, and evaluation.
• Ability to demonstrate competencies with applicable policies and procedures as outlined in the Orientation Program prior to the completion of orientation.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned and required per the department manager.
