What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Account Executive - AI position at Career Renew?
We are building an AI expert on any codebase, which you can query using an API. Software teams use it to build custom internal AI dev tools like code reviewers and debugging assistants.
Devs can point us to any GitHub/Gitlab repo, we index it (self-updates on new commits) and lets you query it in natural language. We use a codebase-optimized version of RAG which mimics how human developers navigate codebases, resulting in much higher performance than naive RAG.
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with 5 years of experience to join our foundational go-to-market team. We need a tenacious and technically fluent seller who has a proven track record of closing large deals with enterprise customers (2500 employees) at high-growth, tier-1 venture-backed startups. You will be critical in capitalizing on our massive inbound demand and building out our outbound sales motion as we continue to scale rapidly.
What will you be doing?

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from handling inbound leads and prospecting to closing complex deals.

Develop and execute a balanced go-to-market strategy, building a pipeline driven 50% by outbound and 50% by inbound.

Sell a highly technical AI developer tool to sophisticated buyers, including VPs of Engineering and other technical leaders.

Partner closely with the founding team to refine sales processes, GTM motion, and provide customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.

Identify and nurture strategic relationships within top-tier software and technology organizations.
