About BaiBai

BaiBai is a Prop AMM DEX on EVM.

• Prop AMMs (proprietary AMM) are single-entity controlled systems that update their curves, depths, and quotes continuously; often tens to hundreds of times per second based on inventory, risk models, and off-chain pricing engines. They became dominant on Solana because the platform’s execution model (no public mempool, cheap micro-transactions, low-latency slot times, and Jito’s priority lanes) allows these makers to update state at high frequency at low cost without being sandwiched, sniped, or backrun.

• Prop AMMs have been challenging to implement on Ethereum and EVM L2s due to the high cost of curve updates (expensive storage) and non-deterministic transaction ordering. However, our Pylon addresses these limitations while maintaining synchronous composability, and we are introducing BaiBai, the first-ever Prop AMM DEX on Ethereum / L2s, starting with the Base ecosystem.

The benefit for market makers is that they can avoid adverse selection through a mechanism that protects them from toxic order flow. As a result, end users benefit from the best prices and the tightest spreads onchain.

Role Overview

We are looking for a CMO who can define and own the narrative of a new market structure. You will be responsible for making Prop AMM on EVM a category, and positioning BaiBai as its default winner. You’ll work directly with the CEO, CTO, CPO and own:

• Brand

• GTM strategy

• Growth loops

• Content distribution

• Campaign

Own Go-To-Market (GTM)

• Design and execute launch strategy (alpha → public launch)

• Create high-impact launch moments (videos, threads, demos)

• Coordinate across, Product, BD / partnerships, Market makers
