As a Fractional CMO Engagement Partner, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives, oversee growth strategies, and collaborate with clients to optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization efforts. You will curate market research, develop marketing plans, and manage public relations while aligning efforts with client business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
- Proficiency in Market Planning and the development of actionable marketing strategies
- Deep understanding of Market Research for consumer insights and target audience analysis
- Experience in Public Relations and maintaining brand reputation
- Strong background in Marketing Management, including budget oversight and strategic campaigns
- Knowledge of Sales processes and an ability to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives
- Highly analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable outcomes
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
