The Business Development Center (BDC) plays a vital role in connecting all areas of the dealership. Working closely with our Clients and Service Advisors, you’ll quickly grasp the inner workings of the automotive industry.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions as well as phone, emails, chat and SMS/Texting.
Utilize strong listening and interpersonal skills, assess customer’s needs, and document vehicle concerns.
