About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our scheduling team. This position is responsible for customer intake, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating technician routes.
This is a fast-paced office environment that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails while providing professional customer service
- Schedule appliance repair appointments and gather accurate customer, appliance, and repair information
- Coordinate technician schedules based on location, availability, and service needs
- Handle warranty service requests and verify coverage information
- Process customer-paid service requests and explain service procedures and fees
- Maintain accurate service tickets, notes, and appointment updates
- Communicate with technicians regarding scheduling changes, parts needed, and customer concerns
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, reschedules, and service-related concerns
- Maintain professionalism and organization in a high call-volume environment
- Maintain dependable attendance and consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts
Main Appliance Service provides in-home appliance repair service in the Madison, Portage, Janesville, Fond du Lac, and Waukesha surrounding areas. We are partnered with more than a dozen appliance manufacturers to provide warranty and referral services on kitchen and laundry appliances.
