We’re partnering with a growing but well established manufacturing company seeking a Vice President of Human Services to lead and elevate their people strategy across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development
- Partnering with executive leadership to drive workforce strategy aligned with business goals
- Building and optimizing HR systems, policies, and processes across multiple locations
- Developing leadership pipelines and strengthening company culture
- Overseeing compensation, benefits, and performance management programs
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven experience supporting multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- Experience leading and developing HR teams
