Talent Engagement Specialist

Career Movement is looking for an energetic, people first Talent Engagement Specialist to join our team out of our El Segundo office and help power our search process from the ground up.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for candidates, the person who spots great talent before anyone else does, and gets them excited about what could be next. You'll work closely with our recruiting team to keep pipelines full, engagement high, and candidates informed every step of the way.

This is a great fit for someone early in their recruiting career who wants real ownership, real mentorship, and a clear path to grow into a full desk recruiter role. No prior agency experience required. We'll train you on our process, our tools, and what it actually takes to source at a high level
