What You’ll Do
As the ICU Nurse Manager, you will:
- Lead daily operations of a high-performing Intensive Care Unit
- Ensure appropriate staffing, resource utilization, and patient care support
- Coach, mentor, and develop nursing team members
- Serve as a clinical resource and promote evidence-based nursing practices
- Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory standards
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Manage department workflows, supplies, equipment, and operational needs
- Promote a positive culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current California Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- ICU nursing experience required
- Leadership experience as a manager, supervisor, or charge nurse
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to support complex patient care
- Basic EKG/telemetry interpretation experience required
- BSN preferred.
