What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor nurses, medical assistants, and clinical support staff
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient care
- Partner with physicians and leadership to improve care delivery
- Support regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and patient safety efforts
- Develop staff education and promote clinical excellence
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing experience
- Current California RN license
- 5 years of nursing experience
- 3 years of ambulatory care experience preferred
- 2 years of RN leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Experience with Joint Commission standards, Title 22 regulations, CCS/GHPP/Medi-Cal requirements, or quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
