What You’ll Do
- Teach core elementary subjects including reading, writing, and math
- Deliver and elevate our hands-on, project-based curriculum
- Provide small-group and individualized instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Foster a classroom culture that is structured, joyful, and supportive
- Maintain high standards for academic excellence and student growth
- Communicate consistently and professionally with parents about progress and development
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (required)
- Confidence teaching across all core elementary subjects
- Experience with project-based or experiential learning (strongly preferred)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- A creative, student-centered mindset
