We are currently seeking a part-time to full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a hospital-based team serving both inpatient and outpatient populations. This dynamic role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to make a real difference in patients’ lives across the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

• Serve a range of diagnoses including neurologic conditions, post-surgical, trauma, and chronic illness

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients, caregivers, and medical staff on communication and swallowing management

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital standards

• May provide mentorship or guidance to clinical fellows or students

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome

• Current state licensure or eligibility (required)

• Prior experience in a hospital or medical setting is a plus

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills

Compensation

• Competitive salary - $38.00 to $62.00/hour depending on experience.
