Caseload: 25–35 students (K–8th grade, moderate to severe needs)
Supervisory Role: Supervise 2 Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
Compensation: $40.00–$65.00/hr. (DOE)

About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services to K–8 students with moderate to severe communication needs. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading a small team of SLPAs in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs.
- Supervise and support 2 SLPAs, ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with IDEA and district policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid California SLP license
- Previous experience working with K–8 or moderate to severe populations preferred.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
