We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school-based setting throughout Oklahoma, with occasional home health visits as needed. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' functional independence, academic participation, and overall success while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Position Summary
As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat students with a variety of developmental, physical, sensory, and functional needs. You will collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to help students access their educational environment and achieve their individualized goals.
The position is primarily school-based, with limited home health services provided to support continuity of care when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student needs and educational goals.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, and functional participation.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and other related service providers to support student success.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development and progress reporting.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and accommodations as appropriate.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
- Provide occasional home health services when required to support student needs and continuity of care.
- Maintain compliance with Oklahoma licensure requirements and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date.
- Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) or eligibility as required for licensure.
- Previous pediatric, school-based, or home health experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional home visits.

Salary : $72,000 - $110,000
