Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team. This part-time role supports a K–8 Autism program, working collaboratively with staff to provide high-quality behavioral and educational services to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service staff.
- Analyze student data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and support development of behavior goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with administrators and multidisciplinary teams to maintain a supportive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, state, and district requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or Education from an accredited program (or VCS-approved coursework).
- Completion of supervised fieldwork in accordance with BACB requirements.
- Successful completion of the BCBA exam (BACB).
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, preferably in a K–8 school setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills.
