Eat What You Kill (EWYK)

Designed for entrepreneurial Attorneys with portable books of business looking to maximise their earnings.

Benefits may include:

• Retention of a significant percentage of collected revenue
• Greater autonomy and flexibility

• Opportunities to retain up to 85% of originated revenue, depending on platform
• Flexible arrangements for individual Attorneys or practice groups

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships
• Manage existing matters while identifying opportunities for business growth
• Contribute to the development of your practice area
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines and offices
• Participate in business development, networking, and client engagement activities
• Mentor junior Attorneys where appropriate

Candidate Requirements

• Full rights to work in the United States
• Active Bar licence in good standing
• Proven experience within your practice area

• Portable book of business preferred (typically $500,000 annual origination), although requirements vary by opportunity
