Senior MicroStation Land Surveying Technician

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Land Surveying Technician with strong proficiency in MicroStation to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support our surveying departments by processing field data, preparing detailed survey drawings, and managing deliverables for complex projects in an urban environment.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying with at least 3 years using MicroStation.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, legal boundary analysis, and construction layout.
• Proficiency in MicroStation (OpenRoads or iTwin experience a plus).
• Familiarity with New York City surveying standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with other software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.

Salary: $75k - $100k Annually
