Our client, a law firm, is seeking a temporary office services associate to join their DC team!
This position starts mid-May and will last for 2-3 months.
Location: Washington, DC
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
*Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Process and produce print/copy orders as requested
- Mail Processing and delivery
- Shipping and receiving
- Operate a postage meter
- Operate binding and other auxiliary equipment
- Duties include photocopying, scanning, copying documents to removable media, working with PDF, .JPG and .TIF formats, network shared folders, faxing, mail distribution, file room maintenance.
- Perform all phases of equipment set-up, operation and routine maintenance.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, to include cleaning and repairing.
- Provide customer service, including problem solving to satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Must be willing to train on light troubleshooting of computer hardware and network plug-in procedures.
- Follow through on all tasks and special projects as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work alongside a team
- Strong communication skills
