Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a Temporary Office Manager to assist their team!


This assignment will start asap and be ongoing.


Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm


Location: Midtown

*Fully Onsite


Responsibilities:

  • Sit at the front desk and greet guests
  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Own day-to-day facilities, vendor management, helping with budgets, office supplies, and organizing meeting rooms and ordering catering/lunches for meetings
  • Handle incoming deliveries and distribution of mail
  • Submit building maintenance requests
  • Assist with printing, scanning, and copying
  • Act as a back up to other admins
  • Ad hoc projects as needed


Qualifications:

  • Self-starter who requires little direction
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook is preferred
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work alongside a team as well as independently
