A leading global financial services firm is seeking an Operations Client Support Analyst to join its Ayco Wealth Management team in Irving, TX. This is a 6-month on-site contract role within a dynamic, fast-paced operations division that partners across the firm to deliver exceptional financial counseling services to clients while maintaining the highest standards of risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound client calls, providing accurate and thorough responses to inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Facilitate trade execution and address client questions related to accounts, portfolios, and records
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach
- Guide clients through troubleshooting, website navigation, and product or service inquiries
- Review and approve pending client requests, ensuring proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements
- Collaborate with client services professionals and financial advisors to continuously improve the overall client experience
- Coordinate and process team-specific tasks as directed by the business
- Work across multiple internal systems and platforms simultaneously
- Interface with various teams and business units to resolve ongoing issues and address policy questions
- Apply sound business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activity and escalate appropriately
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed
- Adhere to all firm policies and procedures including quality, client service, information security, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong client service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great active listening ability
- Commercially savvy with the ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible and able to perform well under pressure
