Job Title: Workplace Coordinator

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 Bonus
Hours: Full-Time, Onsite
A premier financial services firm in the Presidio is seeking a Workplace Coordinator/Senior Receptionist to oversee the day-to-day office operations and ensure an exceptional employee and guest experience. This role is ideal for a polished professional with experience in high end hospitality venues, venture capital, professional services, or family office environments. The Workplace Coordinator will also supervise a Junior Receptionist and serve as a key ambassador for the firm's culture and workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations
- Manage daily office operations and workplace logistics.
- Partner with vendors, building management, and service providers.
- Maintain office inventory, supplies, and workplace budgets.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and workplace projects.
Hospitality & Employee Experience
- Coordinate catering, meetings, events, and office functions.
- Ensure conference rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standard.
- Welcome clients and visitors and provide a white-glove experience.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace programs.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor the Junior Receptionist.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and daily workflow management.
- Ensure seamless front desk operations and guest services.
- Qualifications1-5 years of workplace operations, office management, hospitality, or client services experience.
- Prior experience within venture capital, private equity, investment banking, family office, or luxury hospitality strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor with a hospitality-driven mindset.
