This role sits at the center of the company’s day-to-day operations and team experience. As the Office Manager / Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the connective tissue across the organization—creating structure, solving problems proactively, and ensuring the office runs seamlessly as the company scales. You’ll partner closely with leadership and teams across the business, owning everything from workplace operations and employee experience to administrative coordination and special projects. Key Responsibilities:
Office & Workplace Operations
- Own daily office operations and maintain a welcoming, organized, high-functioning workspace
- Manage vendor relationships, office services, supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate office maintenance, workplace improvements, and space planning initiatives
- Serve as a go-to resource for internal operational support and troubleshooting
Administrative Support
- Coordinate travel logistics, scheduling support, and itineraries
- Track expenses and invoices across tools including Ramp
- Prepare materials, organize priorities, and help drive operational follow-through
- Support leadership with day-to-day coordination and execution
People & Culture
- Plan team events, offsites, and employee experience initiatives
- Coordinate onboarding logistics including equipment, workspace setup, and access management
- Help cultivate a positive, collaborative, and inclusive office culture
- Serve as a welcoming presence and culture ambassador for employees and visitors
Cross-Functional Operations
- Support ad hoc projects across operations, recruiting coordination, procurement, and IT support
- Maintain internal documentation, operational processes, and team resources
- Jump into new challenges with a scrappy, solutions-oriented mindset
Ideal Background
- 3–5 years of experience in Office Management, Workplace Operations, Executive Assistance, or similar operational roles
- Prior startup experience required; comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Resourceful, proactive, and confident owning projects independently
- Strong communicator with a warm, professional presence
- Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic prioritization
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and modern operational tools
- Adaptable, resilient, and energized by ambiguity and change
