A prestigious global law firm known for its collaborative culture, international reach, and growth-focused mindset is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior Finance Partner and broader legal team. This is a high-visibility opportunity within a fast-paced professional services environment supporting sophisticated client work and senior-level stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level executive support to a senior Finance Partner and additional fee earners
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinate client meetings, conference room logistics, catering, and meeting materials
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, business partners, and internal teams
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal and business documents with strong attention to presentation and accuracy
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, transportation, and expense management
- Support billing processes, including editing narratives and liaising with revenue teams as needed
- Track engagement letters, compliance documentation, and time-sensitive administrative processes
- Maintain client contacts and assist with business development materials, presentations, pitches, and event coordination
- Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, and document management
- Support broader team operations and provide backup coverage for colleagues when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of Executive Assistant experience within a law firm or professional services environment
- Corporate legal support experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing professionalism
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple high-level requests simultaneously
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment handling confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and proactive follow-through
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$100K – $125K, depending on experience.
