Loan Operations Analyst

A leading global investment bank is seeking a Loan Operations Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This role supports the operational processes tied to asset-secured lending products and works closely with internal teams and clients to manage the trade processing life cycle.

6-month contract with potential for extension

Fully on-site, 5 days/week

Pay: $23/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational processes for loan products across multiple U.S. desks within Global Banking & Markets.
• Review loan documentation and assist with loan product maintenance.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve exceptions throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Assist with functions including financial covenants, regulatory reporting, and KYC.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in Loan Operations or relevant financial services experience strongly preferred.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and technical skills; advanced Excel required.
• Excellent communication skills across business disciplines and levels.
• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze issues and provide clear explanations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe.
• Proven track record of accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
