We are seeking a hands-on Workplace Experience Supervisor to oversee a four-person team and manage daily office hospitality and operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality background, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.
Pay: $26/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Parking: Not available on-site
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and schedule a team of four Concierge Associates.
- Oversee reception, guest services, and executive and client visits.
- Coordinate meetings, corporate events, catering, and conference room setups.
- Maintain office presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
- Partner with facilities, vendors, and building management to resolve issues.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, ordering, and operational records.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and workplace efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, events, or facilities coordination.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with workplace management systems is a plus.
- Degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
