Our client, a global professional’s services firm, is seeking a highly motivated Event Coordinator to support their team, assisting with the execution of corporate events and delivering a seamless, high-touch experience for stakeholders. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who can multitask effectively, jump in quickly, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment while providing “white glove” service. The Event Coordinator will support event logistics end-to-end—including vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site execution—ensuring all events run smoothly and efficiently.

**Please note this is a onsite, 1-month contract role based in South San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $28/hr.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and internal functions
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end, including coordination of venues, vendors, catering, and materials
  • Assist with scheduling, timelines, and on-site event coordination to ensure smooth execution
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to understand event needs and deliver on expectations
  • Serve as a point of contact during events, providing a high level of service and troubleshooting as needed
  • Track event details, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Utilize internal systems and tools to manage event logistics and communications
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with vendors, stakeholders, and team members
  • Support post-event wrap-up, including feedback collection and reconciliation of expenses
  • Jump in on ad hoc tasks and provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to jump in quickly and support wherever needed
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, and timelines for events or projects preferred
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism with an emphasis on delivering “white glove” service
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks independently
