Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume retail setting
- Assist guests with merchandise selection, sizing, and checkout
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise displays throughout event days
- Support inventory receiving, restocking, and end-of-day organization
- Follow operational and safety procedures to ensure a smooth event experience
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Retail, hospitality, or event experience preferred but not required
