Our client, an emerging luxury fine jewelry maison, is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead the launch of a flagship boutique in the Miami Design District and support U.S. expansion. This role partners closely with executive leadership to deliver best-in-class operational execution and elevated client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead flagship opening operations (construction, vendors, permits, compliance)
- Oversee POS, IT, security, facilities, and back-office setup
- Implement SOPs, inventory controls, and daily retail procedures
- Maintain luxury service standards across client experience and boutique operations
- Support events, VIP activations, and cross-functional coordination
- Build scalable processes for future retail growth
Qualifications:
- 15 years in luxury retail operations
- Flagship opening experience in luxury/jewelry/fashion/hospitality
- Strong project management and operational leadership
- Expertise in white-glove service standards and store development
