Job Functions:
- Lead and manage a regional technology support team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality end-user support across multiple office locations.
- Oversee service delivery operations, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical and operational issues, providing guidance and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with global technology and operations leadership to align processes, reporting standards, and service delivery best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of management experience within IT Support / Help Desk
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are very key – must be able to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Intune.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, risk management, and industry best practices.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing reports, dashboards, service metrics, and operational KPIs.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
