Position Overview

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of litigation experience to join its growing Miami office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience, direct client exposure, and a clear path for professional growth within a highly respected practice.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing

• Insurance defense experience preferred

• Maritime law experience highly desired

• Federal court experience strongly preferred

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, self-motivated, and client-service oriented
