Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one employment readiness coaching
- Support clients with resumes, interviews, and workplace skills
- Offer onsite or virtual job coaching as needed
- Communicate professionally with employers when supporting clients
- Maintain accurate notes and submit documentation on time
- Uphold Career Focus standards in conduct, service, and communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required At least 1 year of experience in education, coaching, human services, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license
- Contractor insurance (general liability and auto)
- Must pass a Level 2 background screening
