Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Enforcing security protocols at federal courthouses
Screening visitors and monitoring entry/exit points
Escorting detainees, judges, and protected individuals as needed
Maintaining order and responding to emergencies or disruptions
Collaborating with U.S. Marshals and other law enforcement agencies
Upholding the safety, professionalism, and security of the court environment
Minimum Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship (required)
Age 20–36 (up to 40 for eligible military veterans)
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security strongly preferred
Must meet federal standards for physical fitness, vision, and hearing
Ability to pass firearms qualification and readiness assessments
Must complete intensive federal training for court security operations
