PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

We are hiring for a Production Associate to work on the line, packaging literature kits! A Production Associate is responsible for component placement, visual inspection, component picking, packaging, and labeling various literature kits for vehicles.

Schedule & Pay: $13/hour working Monday through Friday on first shift (6:00am - 4:30pm). OT available if desired! If you have perfect attendance for the entire month, you will be compensated an extra dollar per hour for the hours you worked within that month! EXTRA $500 BONUS AFTER YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS! Once hired in, yearly raises are guaranteed!

Essential Functions:

· Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is safe, accurate, and efficient.

· The ability to work as a collaborative team member to continuously improve the work environment and the production process through a process of continual learning.

· Read orders and perform work as directed by department Team Leaders

· Assemble and package owner’s literature kits by placing the correct components in the correct sequence, and into the indicated work order package.

· Attach correct labels to kits, totes, boxes, and pallets.

· Pack finished kits into the correct boxes, totes, and/or pallets.

· Making cartons

· Removing labels from returnable.

· Track production on schedule boards.

· Sorting product by number ID

· Notify managers/team leaders/utility of any quality or mechanical issues.

· Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Required skills:

· High school math capabilities

· Good organizational skills

· Reading and writing in English
