The successful candidate must be mechanically inclined as 50% of this position entails being hands on in the shop.Position Summary: The Production Supervisor will assist in overseeing all press room operations on a day-to-day basis and will report to the General Manager.Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with, interact with, and manage press room operators;
- Training press room operators to be self-proficient;
- Trouble shooting tool and press problems;
- Keeping records of all press room jobs ran.Qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 2-4 years of manufacturing experience;
- 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Complex problem solving ability;
- Sound judgment and decision making skills;
- Ability to manage time efficiently;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
