Troubleshooting and optimizing existing programs to improve efficiency and quality. Working closely with machinists, engineers, and other manufacturing personnel to ensure smooth production. Education: Associate's/Technical certificate that focuses on CNC programmer or related field preferred but, not required OR; Experience: 1-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent verbal and written communication Complex problem solving skills Sound judgment and decision making ability Ability to research and implement new technologies Good time management skills
