Our client is the region’s premier window manufacturer and remodeling provider, specializing in custom windows, sunrooms, and doors. They are seeking a professional, welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers. This is a temporary role that will begin 4/20/2026-5/1/2026, with potential to be long term for the right candidate.
ResponsibilitiesProfessional and welcoming demeanor
Greet guests and customers to create a positive first and last impression for the company
Maintaining an efficient front desk environment
Answer and direct all incoming calls internally
Assist all departments with administrative duties as needed
Strong ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Punctuality is imperative
Ability and willingness to learn additional skills with training provided
Highschool diploma
Full Time Monday-Friday
Pay Rate is $15 per hour
Shift 7:00a-3:30p
