A well-established hotel in Erie, PA is seeking a Lead Cook to join its kitchen team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

• Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies

• Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

• Assist with food preparation, inventory, and kitchen closing duties as needed

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel staff to provide excellent guest service

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous culinary experience, cooking, food preparation, or kitchen experience a must

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• $18-22/hr
