What are the responsibilities and job description for the Election Support Staff (Temporary/Seasonal) position at Career Concepts MT, LLC?
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to assist with upcoming elections. Ideal candidates will be available to work during all three election dates: May 5th, June 2nd, and November 3rd, with shifts ranging from 4–8 hours.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 20–40 hours per week from April 22nd through the first week of May, with additional opportunities for future election dates
- Shifts: Day and overnight shifts available
- Weekend Availability: Occasional Saturdays may be available but are not required
- Pay: $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and ballot processing
- Customer service and front counter support
- Working across multiple stations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting, data entry, customer service, or elections preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
