Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Coordinator provides essential support to the procurement team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating vendor communications, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documents.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and procurement-related events.
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle correspondence, filing, and document management for the procurement team.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to procurement activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain procurement databases and spreadsheets.
• Provide general administrative support to the procurement department as needed.

• 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in procurement or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Office-based role with occasional interaction with vendors and other departments.
• May require occasional lifting of files or office supplies.
